No Makeup - Makeup: Concealer
Those of you who follow me on Instagram know that I read Into The Gloss religiously, they’re my go-to for any tips, tricks, and products I don’t know about already. Fun fact: ITG was founded by Emily Weiss, whom eventually founded Glossier - a makeup brand created by makeup lovers. My favorite concealer is made by Glossier and honestly, I can’t imagine falling in love with another concealer ever again - who knows, our skin changes with age!
Glossier’s Stretch Concealer is very hydrating, but don’t let this scare you away! I have combo skin in such a strange way. Most of my face becomes oily at some point during the day, not extremely oily, it’s manageable. Unfortunately, when I have breakouts my skin stays oily, but each individual blemish becomes dry. This is where Stretch Concealer comes to the rescue! The coverage is buildable and when applied, looks like real skin. It is the perfect concealer for that no makeup - makeup look. This concealer not only helps to hide the blemish (discretely), but it hydrates just enough so that I don’t look crusty. I hate that word, but C’mon… if you wear makeup, you know what I mean by “crusty”.
